Development of a completely free series of tools for a golfer to help improve their skills at the driving range. In beta testing is the Club Selector and still in development are “Situations” and “Front 9 At Pebble”. Club Selector is completely free, playable with no downloads and with no login. I wanted to create a completely responsive mobile web based application for people to hop in and out simply with out any privacy or security concerns. Nothing to download, nothing to log into means users will not have the same reservations to use the tool. Hard coding advertisements into the pages instead of monetizing the site means ad blockers cannot differentiate the game from the ads and cannot track the users behavior (although conversions are counted, individualizing user info is not captured or stored)- meaning consumers can see and react to ads without getting bombarded by similar ads in the future.

Players play a totally free, highly addictive craft brewery game in the real world in real time. Players explore new breweries and beers while leveling up 4 main attributes. Breweries benefit from increased exposure and highly targeted marketing to specific demographics. We use individually custom tailored promotions and offerings through a highly intuitive CBG Control Panel.

One of the most rewarding and entertaining projects I have had the pleasure of working on in my career. Research and development of a new invention for people who need to improve their range of vision for sports, recreation and in certain professions. Developed partnerships with overseas vendors and nailed down solid inventory control. Assembly and packaging processes developed and implemented in the City of Orange, CA. All marketing materials and branding, digital and otherwise as well as retail partnership development. We launched the Marathon Mirror in October of 2015 and have had incredible results. The company is growing with no plans on slowing down.

In 2014 I developed a new online marketing platform for the medium to small 24/7 call center providers located mostly on the west coast but with a few Midwest and 1 very well known East coast client. We offered a unique provider matching service for doctors and dentists and matched these customers with the most appropriate call center based on a number of critical factors. The company was sold in February of 2015 and is currently being redesigned and (last I heard) should be relaunched in Q1 2017 with a full suite of new products and services.

Pacific Dental Services is a dental services operations provider that operated nationwide. They support over 700 Dental Offices across over a dozen states. Smilegeneration.com is the lead generation website and marketing brand used by Pacific Dental Services. I worked with this incredible team for 4 years of my career improving internal processes and practices within the Call Center, Marketing and Sales teams. Upgrading many systems and customizing many solutions that impressed the organization leadership time and time again.
Advertising and Promotions Manager
I worked closely with small businesses and private communities to provide security advice, services and hardware for residential and commercial applications. We created new processes for remote workers to send critical paperwork and contracts to headquarters quickly, efficiently, securely, and in a user friendly easy to use format eliminating the need for contract drop offs by outside sales reps allowing reps to expand their sales territories.

Maintained house accounts, qualified and closed new business specializing in new bar openings, new hair and nail salons and service providers. Helped implement a web based file sharing platform for the commercial reps to improve productivity on the road enabling reps to spend more time on the field and less time in the office.

In the beginning of my career (2001-2004) I was able to work on many projects with the owners and team leaders of this computer hardware re-seller. We were finding great success selling storage and networking equipment online. I helped process internet order payments and created procedures for preventing fraud and managing and streamlining shipping and receiving. I went on to manage accounts providing quotes on product and tracking critical shipments. I became the #1 top sales rep for a few months. I managed shipping, receiving, and Return Merchandise Authorization processing, creating new policies and implementing new technologies to streamline the return process and improve the customer experience.
